Our Story

Sunny Roadside Blooms is located in Mason, Michigan and provides only the freshest cut flowers possible. We direct sow or grow in milk jug greenhouses all annuals other than snapdragons, which are purchased locally at Hastay's in Eaton Rapids (I've tried to grow them several times but with little success, so why not buy local)! 2025 arrangements will include, but are not limited to: dahlia, zinnia, sunflowers, strawflower, cosmo and snapdragons. 

 

When I (Natalie) relocated to Michigan in 2019, I brought all of my perennial plants along with me. Several 5-gallon buckets in the trunk of my car because we all know I wasn't about to leave my plants behind. Our intention was never to sell cut flowers. But God had other plans. Each year the gardens continually grew in size which brings us where we are today! There is absolutely nothing better than seeing a smile on a customers face when they purchase their fresh cut flowers or when someone tells you that your flowers made someone's day. It makes my heart so happy to see others happy because of flowers that were purchased at our roadside stand.

 

Flowers may be purchased in a few ways. We will have flowers available for first come, first serve pick up on our roadside stand. While we do not plan on being a regular vendor at any markets in 2025, we may do a weekly market if time allows. Our plan is to sell more dried flowers this coming season - last year was a trial and it went well but there need to be a few changes and I can't wait to implement them!

 

Flower subscriptions are a great way to ensure there will be a flower for you on a particular date! ​The roadside flower stand will  serve as a pickup location for subscriptions. The roadside flower stand is conveniently located at the edge of our driveway at 813 W. Barnes Rd. Mason Michigan.

 

Great news for 2025, our prices will be staying the same! Spring daffodils will still be $10. Then once daffodils are done, $15 for a small arrangement, $25 for a large arrangement. 2025 will also have tiny bunches available but that will only be on a case by case basis and prices will be based accordingly. Discounts for small and large bunches is given when a subscription is purchased.
